Mental Health Training

Supporting someone with mental health needs can be a rewarding part of our role; however, for some, it can sometimes feel daunting. Our mental health training helps develop an understanding of:

  • the emotions and challenges faced by individuals experiencing mental health difficulties
  • the different presentations and behaviours that may occur
  • how we can sometimes misunderstand how distress might appear.

Most importantly, training will equip you with practical ways to support someone. Our programmes aren’t just about gaining new knowledge but also about confirming and enhancing staff’s existing skills and understanding. Besides nationally recognised courses like MHFA and KUF awareness, we also offer bespoke courses tailored to your organisation’s specific needs. Read more details about each course below.

As well as the nationally recognised mental health courses such as MHFA and KUF awareness, we create bespoke courses that can be tailored to your organisational needs.
