A person-centered approach to training supports confidence and skill development, whether you are training with colleagues, or embarking on an individual learning programme. Our Mental Health courses are an opportunity to gain new knowledge, learn from others and share experiences and expertise to promote a stronger, empathic and informed working practice.

Additional to our training courses, we are also working to support suicide prevention with a new psychoeducation project.
