Mental Health First Aid

Mental health first aid offers various courses designed to help staff across different settings. Through a blend of practical exercises and knowledge, participants develop an understanding to compassionately support individuals facing emotional challenges. These courses guide staff in providing relevant support and recommending suitable options for additional care when necessary.

We offer MHFA training programs for a variety of organisations, ensuring the right staff receive appropriate instruction, whether in corporate environments, schools, or colleges.

Adult Mental Health First Aid

MHFA training promotes a healthy workplace that values employees’ mental health and wellbeing. Qualified Mental Health First Aiders receive ongoing support from the MHFA community and the MHFAider Support App® for three years.

Two-day OPD KUF

This two-day course is designed for individuals who work with or support young people aged 8-24. It is particularly suitable for educators, youth workers, including coaches and parents who aim to improve their understanding and skills in supporting young people.

Mental Health First Aid for Managers

A better understanding of mental health and reduced stigma promote a healthier working environment. Managers play a crucial role in fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace culture. The main goal of Mental Health First Aid for Managers is to enable effective and supportive conversations. with all staff. This course is suitable for all managers and leaders.

This is a 4-hour course delivered either online or in person
