Welcome to Windmill Training

We're training enthusiasts that support organisations' staff development programme.

We provide standard and bespoke courses for your sector with in-house training or e-learning options.

Our organisation-centred approach ensures you get the training you need, when you need it. We train in a range of sectors including Health and Social Care, Leadership and Management and ICT, but all of our trainers have one thing in common - They love training!

What is Professional Development? 

Whether we love our jobs, like our jobs or wish we were somewhere else, we all have the right to develop our knowledge for our chosen profession. In an ever changing world we need to keep abreast of new guidelines, responses and skills.

Without Professional Development we can feel stuck and unmotivated and not working to our strengths which is costly for business due to under productivity and absences and for the individual, feeling unmotivated can lead to apathy which can be mistaken as laziness or not being committed to their role.  Professional Development isn’t just for care or trade workers but, business owners and employees from frontline staff to senior managers.
